4. Two days training class
Classes are provided for researchers who want to learn the RNA labeling and array hybridization procedures.

5. Obtain images and normalize data

• Scanners are available for use in core lab
• Normalization software is available for installing in your lab computers (Must be PC and above window 98 operating system)
• Dangles is available to check out to save your numeric results
