Training Class

Two-day sessions are available through the Genomics Core. Sessions are limited to two students. Call 843-7839 for details and for reservations. Please reserve at least one week in advance.

These courses include a hands-on demonstration of RNA labeling and microarray hybridization procedures as well as lectures on computer tools for scanning and data extraction.

Students must bring two RNA samples to be labeled. Each sample should contain at least 12 micrograms of RNA in a volume of 14 microliters. These RNA samples must be of GOOD quality, with no degradation or DNA contamination.
