GUEST INFORMATION
The Adult Family Housing Program at UNC Healthcare specializes in making accommodations for out of town patients and families. With a variety of hotels in the area, making reservations can be both confusing and costly. This department has contracted special rates with the Holiday Inn Chapel Hill.
Reservations:
- Rooms can be reserved with two (2) full-sized beds or one (1) king-sized bed.
- Each room has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing
board, and phone with voicemail.
To make a reservation:
- Your physician or nurse or social worker must fill out a referral and assessment
form.
- The UNC Department of Housing will be contacted.
- All payments will be made to the hospital cashier. Financial Counselors
will determine the amount to be paid.
To cancel a reservation, please call the Hospital Housing
Department at (919)966-1241.
