Patient Counselors

Cancer diagnosis and treatment can be a stressful time for patients, couples, and/or families. Many people find it helpful to talk with a patient counselor for emotional support.

The patient counselors at UNC Lineberger are professional counselors from all backgrounds -- nursing, psychology, etc. -- who are here to help individuals, couples, and families navigate the cancer journey.

There are many topics they can help you with:
