Objectives:
Support investigators using animal models by providing reliable, high quality, and cost-effective histology and pathology services.

Services:
We offer a complete array of routine histology services including tissue processing, embedding, sectioning (paraffin and frozen), H&E and selected special stains. Additionally, we consult on animal model selection, study design, tissue collection and handling, and molecular pathology approaches including immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. Dr. Rogers, an ACVP-certified veterinary pathologist, is available to consult on histopathology interpretation.















Policies:
Tissues must be submitted in appropriate fixative in containers with clear labels. Any potential human or animal pathogens, especially in frozen blocks, must be declared . Only animal tissues may be submitted.
