Sorting • Provide high-speed, multi-laser, multi-parameter sorting capability • Provide innovative approaches to sorting applications and problem solving • Capabilities include: sterile sorting, 4-way sorting, cloning, biohazard sorting • 3 sorters: MoFlo-Legacy, MoFlo –XDP, Reflection (BSL-2+) • 3 FTE
Analytical Flow Cytometry • Provide state-of-the-art flow cytometryanalysis • Provide analysis in convenient, low cost, high volume format • Provide as user-or staff-operated • Provide training, QC, and general support • 6 analytical cytometers: FACSCan (5 color) BSL-2, FACSCalibur (5-color), 3 CyAns (9-color), LSRII (18-color/ 7 laser)
Support and Other Services • Training/Education –required: “Lunch with the Flow Facility” • Consultation –experiment design, data interpretation, instrument operation and optimization • Digital Deconvolution Microscope • Off-line analysis computers and software • On-line scheduling • Central server and data archiving
