UNC Lineberger 2008 Scientific Retreat

Information and Poster Registration

The UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center will hold its 2008 scientific retreat on June 9, 2008 at the Friday Center, Chapel Hill, NC.

The retreat will start at 1:00 pm and end with a reception and poster session that begins at 5:00 pm. The agenda will feature mini symposia on nanotechnology, cancer outreach and dissemination, and core facilities, as well as an update on the Center and the University Cancer Research Fund.

The poster session, which is open to students and fellows, includes cash prizes for the best posters in each of three categories: Basic, Clinical/Translational, and Population Sciences.

One must register the poster online by 5:00 pm Wednesday, June 4th, 2008. Only posters registered online will be eligible for display and awards. To register, please click here.
