Look at the source for one of the topics (View --> Page Source in your browser) to see how to refer to pages and images.
If you want to add a page to post a tip, use tip_template.html as a template: Just open a new file in BBEdit, paste in the contents of tip_template.html, and add whatever else you want. Then save the new page in the instructions directory using File --> Save to FTP Server. An easy way to copy the contents of the template page is to click on the link above, view the source, and highlight the text.
